1. What is BurgerPrints?

BurgerPrints is an online platform that allows artists, designers, and entrepreneurs to create and sell custom-printed merchandise.

2. Does BurgerPrints cost money to use?

Launching a campaign on BurgerPrints is 100% free. And don’t worry, we have no minimums, so there’s no penalty if your campaigns don’t sell.

3. How is my profit calculated?

Your profits are calculated using the following formula:

Profit = ( Revenue – Base Cost ) * 95%.

The processing fee is 5% which is used to cover customer service cost, credit card processing fees, and fraud protection.

4. Art dimension and resolution?

– Art quality should be at least 150DPI resolution. The higher the DPI, the better the quality and the happier the customer.

Art Dimensions:

♦ All-over-Print apparel:

• Normal uploading: 5500 pixels x 6500 pixels

• Pattern uploading: 20999 pixels x 9990 pixels

♦ 2D apparel: min 2100 pixels x 2400 pixels, max 4200 pixels x 4800 pixels.

♦ Blanket: 8000 pixels x 9700 pixels

♦ Canvas: min 6,600 pixels x 3,300 pixels, DPI từ 300 trở lên

5. Campaign review

We need 24 hours to review the design you put on our website. The actual review process may be shorter. Accordingly, infringing content will be rejected and you must agree that the design you post on our website belongs to you.

6. Campaign takedown 

If someone claims that his or her intellectual property is being infringed upon, we may ask that you resolve the complaint with the person making the claim. If you fail to contact that person or fail to resolve the complaint, Burgerprints can stop the campaign. Multiple complaints may lead to a ban from our site.

8. Secure your account

You can secure your account by using Two Step Verification.

Access this setup by visiting “Setting” section, then choose “Two Step Verification” and follow the instruction.

9. Adding team member to your account

Yes, you can. Access this by visiting “Setting”, then choose “Team setting” section. From there you can add your team member. Please check the permission of each roles carefully as it will affect the data shown to each of them.

10. Where i can get my payout?

You can get your payout on:

• Payoneer

• Paypal

• PingPong

• Bank transfer

11. Payout request

You can request payment any time after your customer paid the bill and the minimum balance in your account is $50.

It takes up to 24 hours for the Payout request to be approved. After approved, it takes up to 48 hours for the amount to show on your bank account

12. Custom domain

When selling on the BurgerPrints platform, you can sell your products on our marketplace at domain burgerprints.com.

If you want to sell on a different domain, you can use our custom domain. BurgerPrints supports sellers to buy custom domains, only $30 for 1 year of use. Domain active SSL.

13. Cancellation and Refund

When a customer successfully buys your product, that order can still be canceled and must be refunded to the customer if it falls into one of the following cases:

– Customer requests to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order.

– The order is forced to be cancel for other reasons due to the fault of the seller.

– You can request more information about the reason of your order cancellation by contacting BurgerPrints support using the contact methods listed in section 7.

14. How much do customers pay for shipping?

When selling on BurgerPrints platform, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs for customers as follows:

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

♦ Shipping for the US:

– Custom Apparel:

•  Most items are $4.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.

•  Hoodies, zip hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves are $6.99 for one item + $2.99 for each additional item.

– All Over Prints Apparel:

•  T-shirts, tank-tops are $4.99 for one item + $2.99 for each additional item.

•  Others are $6.99 for the first item + $4.99 for each additional item.

– Blankets, hooded blanket: $6.99 for the first item + $4.99 for each additional item.

– Leggings: $4.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.

– Decorations: $5.5 for the first item + $5.5 for each additional item. Please note that heavier items may be charged a higher rate.

– Phone cases: $4.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.

– Mugs: $5.99 for the first item + $3.99 for each additional item.

– Posters: $4.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.

– Leather products: $6.99 for the first item + $4.99 for each additional item.

– Facemask and neck gaiter: $2.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.

– Puzzles: $10.99 for the first item + $10.99 for each additional item.

– Quilts: $6.95 for the first item + $6.95 for each additional item.

♦  International shipping*:

– International shipping for Custom Apparel: most items are $7.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item. Please note that hoodies and heavier items may be charged a higher rate.

– International shipping for All Over Prints Apparel:

•  T-shirts, tank-tops are $6.99 for one item + $2.99 for each additional item.

•  Others are $8.99 for the first item + $4.99 for each additional item.

– Blankets, hooded blanket: $8.99 for the first item + $4.99 for each additional item.

– Leggings: $6.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.

– Decorations: $5.5 for the first item + $5.5 for each additional item. Please note that heavier items may be charged a higher rate.
